How long will it take for my pre-order items to arrive?

Once a product is sold out, we will have to hand draw, cut and sew some more. We will open the pre-orders once the new items are ready to be sewn. From then, it will take one to two weeks to get them back to HQ. Once they are back in stock, we will have to stuff them and final stitch them -please refer to our top banner to find out our current turn around.

Where can I see colours and sizes comparison?

We try to add enough product photos to our website, especially when we have different shades of one specific colour. We also have special highlights for our colours comparison on instagram (@luneandco_), but if you cannot find what you are looking for please do not hesitate to get in touch via dm or email.

What is the best way to wash our cushions?

We highly recommend to hand wash or spot clean softly with a tooth brush and soap only. Dry flat in the shade.

Are your cushions hand stitched or sewn with a machine? 

All of our cushions and dummy holders (excl. pompoms) are sewn with a machine and final stitched by hand (roughly 5cm long for a large cushion). 

Our pompoms are 100% hand made, the string is sewn up together with a machine and all wool is knotted very tightly.

Which moon is best for tummy time?

We recommend our small moon for babies up to 6 months old, and our large moon for older babies.
