NEW ZEALAND
Where possible, we will ship your orders with Nz Post on an overnight service. However, larger items will sometimes ship with a different carrier -please allow an extra day or two for those.
Please note: for our South Island customers, small orders will be on an overnight courier -however some of the larger orders will be on a 2-days delivery. This is a NZ Post policy and out of our control.

All of our Australian orders are sent as International Courier via Nz Post. Due to the current climate, please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.

We have a 14-day return/exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return, exchange or store credit.
To start a return, you can contact us at return@luneandco.com
Please note: we do not refund for change of minds, please insure you choose your items carefully. We will however give you a store credit with no expiration date, should you wish to return your products.
